I started my long run outside at 6am this morning. After about 5 miles I started to see lightning and it began to rain. Luckily, I only live about 2 blocks from my gym, so I ran the next 5 miles on the treadmill while the storm passed. I finished the last 4 outdoors. I had to switch my Garmin from GPS to foot pod to GPS, so rather than post 3 different screen shots, here are my splits:
1 10:55 8 10:18
2 10:34 9 10:19
3 10:41 10 10:17
4 10:09 11 10:21
5 10:35 12 10:19
6 10:30 13 10:16
7 10:26 14 10:20
14.0 miles in 2:39:33. Average pace 10:27.
I am pretty amazed at the pace I was able to maintain over the course of this run. I was sweating buckets, but I felt good for most of it. I guess the nugget likes distance running as well :)

Nice work! I think your average pace calculation is a bit off though. Hopefully I can get back to running these distances again.
