Who am I kidding. I’ve been thinking about checking out Hanson’s for months. The whole concept intrigues me and I actually enjoy high mileage 6 day weeks. So I’ll give it a read and maybe start contemplating another marathon in 2014…

  1. shrinkingmomma said: I must say I do enjoy Hansons. I like running the six days/week. I feel like it keeps my body more used to running so it’s more ready to go the next day.
  2. tinkerbellrun said: I just finished my very first marathon with an unexpectedly awesome result due to Hansons Method training. I swear by it :D Though, I did modify it somewhat. I will use it again for my next marathon and try to really stick to it, so I can get faster.
